Good day!
We are humbly writing to you to express our sincerest apologies for the
actions we have committed that may have caused confusion on the processes
we are expected to observe regarding our application for the Work Integration
Learning Experience (WILE).

We may have mistakenly reported wrong information as to our internship at

the Local Government Unit-General Santos City (LGU-GSC). We honestly felt
the urgency to report to you on January 25, 2023, that we were already
admitted in our preferred industry partner since some of our fellow interns
have already started on-the-job training to ensure that we cope the required
number of OJT hours. However, our approved matrix of internship was signed
by the City Mayor on January 25, 2023 (please see attached). Our
supervising personnel only instructed us to report in as early as January 23,
2023 for us to be oriented on the processes and systems of the office where
we requested to be assigned. It was only later on that we realized we have
failed to correctly understand the instruction and assumed that on the said
day we reported for observation and preliminary orientation, our internship
already started.

We sincerely apologize for causing such confusion in the processes that we

must supposedly observe. We promise to diligently observe all other protocols
and processes in complying the requirements for our internship program.
