After Picking Up and inputting it is submitted to the Sort

Section for Sort per work area.

After sorting packages & documents are recorded in the

Recording Section so that the number per courier work
area can be controlled and facilitate responsibility.

After the package & document is recorded, it is submitted

to the Operational coordinator to be distributed according
to the Destination Area

In addition to distributing packages & documents to the courier,

the task of the coordinator investigates if there is a problematic
job (handling complaints), sampling and test calls.

Task Agent and courier distribute Packages & documents and

make accurate data (including: Date, Recipient Name, Status
and Phone Number).

Return report (Feed Back) to Customer for reporting after all

Packages & documents are sent.
