The new 2021-2022 school year!

How did the new school

On September 17th, 2021, the National Educational Forum was
year begin?
organised. The event started with a round table discussion with a
special guest - Larisa Novac - the Moldovan Parliament Member
and the member of the Parliament Committee for Eduaction,
Culture and Mass Media.
The main topics under discussion were as follows: the security of
students and teachers in Moldovan schools; the evaluation and
attestation of the teachers and the quality of teaching materials
used by the teachers in schools.

INTERNATIONAL EFL
C OMPETITION
On Septmber 18-20, 5 students from Moldova have participated at Hippo
International English language Competition

European level:
Participantii au avut doar writing part test+grammar
Hippo 2, Zaporojan Damiana-Amelia, the 4th place (European level ), (83% result); teacher
Hippo 3, Chistol Vlad, the 4th place (European level),(77% result), teacher
Hippo 4 Efros Bogdan, the 2nd place (European level),(67% result), teacher
Hippo 5 Munteanu Alina, the 2nd place, (74% result), (European level)
International level:
Ciobanu Patrick (hippo 1)
Reading/writing 94%
Listening 100%

EUROPEAN DAYS OF LANGUAGES

Celebrating Language Diversity

On September 24th, META Moldova in collaboration with the National Library of Molodva
organised a small celebratio of the 20th Anniversary of the European Languages Day in
Chisinau. Thanks to a small contribution from the Council of Europe office in Chisinau, we
managed to offer some interesting materials for the students who had the chance to
participate a range of activities prepared by students of the State Univeersity and Tiraspol
University from Chisinau.
The teachers had the possibility to join an informative session which helped them learn
more about the European Languages website - https://edl.ecml.at/.

A new challenge for students

At the beginning of September, we came with a new challenge for the students who surprized us
greatly! The results of the contest will be announced by October 28th, 2021.

EVALUATION OF THE TEA C HERS

''Atestarea'' process for our teachers

On September 30, META Moldova organised a new session dedicated to the

teachers' Evaluation process. The guest of the meeting was Ms. Baleca
Marcelina - the head of the Life-Long Learning Department, within the
Ministry of Education and Research.
The teachers had the possibility to ask the questions that were the most
unclear for them.
