3.1 In planning assessment, educators need to take into account the diverse nature of their
learners. Therefore, there is a need to use differentiated assessments that enable learners
to best demonstrate what they know. Mention five procedures according to the Department
of Basic Education that could be used by the teacher when conducting differentiated

3.2 Critically discuss the following terms in relation to assessment planning, assessment
design, and implementation:

4.1 Ubuntu philosophy improves teaching, learning, and assessment (Beets & Le Grange,
2005), What is the value of Ubuntu's philosophy within the context of peer assessment

4.2 Observation is highly valued in Africanised assessment. The elderly observd the behaviour
