THESIS TITLE: Speed Control of Induction Motor through PI Controller Using Matlab
THESIS
In this thesis the speed control of Induction motor through PI Controller
ABSTRACT:
using MATLAB is presented. For this purpose, PI (Proportional-Integral)
based closed loop Control system is developed in MATLAB/Simulink.
Further a PWM generator is connected.
Initially modeling of Induction motor was done. The speed of Induction
Motor was controlled by varying the PWM.

FPCDL is a Combined Cycle Power Plant, has a gross Output of 189 MW. It is a Gas
based power plant in Daharki (Sindh), the Gas fuel is coming from Mari Petroleum
Company Limited (MPCL).
This Plant is based on two units GT (125 MW) and ST (64 MW) .Gas Turbine of
General Electric (USA) & Steam Turbine of Fuji (Japan)

INTERNSHIP 2-Jamshoro Power Station (GENCO-1)

Jamshoro Power Station (GENCO -1) is a thermal power plant consisting of 4 Units
with the total capacity of 850 MW (1 unit of 250 MW & 3 units of 200 MW). It was
commissioned between 1989 and 1991. It is operated by Jamshoro Power Company.
Primary fuel is Furnace Oil and Secondary fuel is Natural Gas.
