SELF-TALK
Anonymous
I really am special,
I like who I am and I feel good about myself
Although I always like to improve myself
And I am getting better everyday
I like who I am today and tomorrow
When I am better still, I like myself too
It is true that there is really no one like me in the entire world
There was never another me before
And there will never be another me again.
I am unique, from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet
In some ways, I may look, act and sound like some others
But I am not them, I am me.
I wanted to be somebody and now I know I am
I would rather be me than anyone in the world.
I approve of me and I approve of who I am.
I have many beautiful qualities
I got talents, skills and abilities
I even have talents that I don’t’ know about yet
And I’m discovering talents inside myself always.
I am positive, I am confident
I radiate good things,
If you look closely, you can even see a glow around me.
I am full of life, I like life and I’m glad to be alive.
I am a very special person living in a very special time
I have so much energy, enthusiasm and vitality
I smile a lot
I am happy in the inside and I am happy on the outside
I appreciate all the blessings and I am happy on the outside
I appreciate all the blessings I have
And all the thing I’ll be learning today, tomorrow and forever
Just a long as I am.

SELF-TALK

By Anonymous
Self-talk is your inner voice, or the way you speak to yourself. Although you are
probably doing it without realizing it, you almost certainly are. To produce an internal
monologue throughout the day, this inner voice mixes conscious thoughts with ingrained
beliefs and biases.

Self-talk is crucial since it significantly affects how you feel and what you do. It can be
positive and uplifting, inspiring you, or it can be damaging and eroding your self-confidence.
In your self-talk, emphasize your strengths and be open to praise for your accomplishments.

To look, think, and behave positively is a useful strategy for enhancing positive self-talk. Be
in the company of upbeat and cheerful people.

IF

BY RUDYARD KIPLING

If you can keep your head when all about you

Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,
And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:
If you can dream—and not make dreams your master.
If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,\
And stoop and build ’em up with worn-out tools:

If you can make one heap of all your winnings

And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breathe a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: ‘Hold on!’

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,

Or walk with Kings—nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son!

IF

By Rudyard Kipling

The poem "If" provides an inspiring message about how to have a successful, moral,
and joyful life despite the difficulties that one will unavoidably encounter. The poem places a
strong emphasis on having confidence in oneself, remaining calm and patient, being honest
and surrounding oneself with honest people, as well as working hard without bragging.
The author gives advice on how to live your life, outlines the difficult situations that most
people encounter, and shows how to handle each one calmly. He teaches how to act in each
scenario to achieve the greatest result. He presents both happy and negative scenes that are
encountered throughout life.

Also, he addresses the reader(s) and tells them how to survive in this world. How to be an
honorable person when the times try your patience, your morality.

MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCE, FIVE COMPONENTS OF

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, AND DIFFERENT
LEARNING STYLES

Multiple intelligences include the use of words, mathematics, visuals, and music, as well
as the value of social connections, reflection, physical exercise, and connection with nature.
According to the hypothesis, knowing which type(s) of intelligence a student possesses might
help teachers alter learning techniques and recommend specific career options for students. The
hypothesis has been criticized by psychologists and educators, with many believing that the
multiple 'intelligences' indicate natural talents and abilities.

Spatial-visual intelligence refers to the ability to solve problems using visual help. For example,
using a tool like Photoshop to create a new logo for a fictitious customer. Naturalist intelligence
refers to the ability to recognize and classify numerous plant and environmental species in one's
surroundings. Asking students to label five different plants using their scientific names after a
tour of a greenhouse is an example of bodily-kinesthetic intelligence. Musical intelligence refers
to the ability to produce and analyze pitch, rhythm, and sound. For example, students could be
asked to create and edit a podcast episode or write a song to demonstrate their course learning.
Logical-mathematical intelligence refers to the ability to analyze situations logically and solve
abstract difficulties.

Understanding the many types of learning styles is important because it can help you improve
the quality of your own learning experience. Learning styles include visual, aural, read/write, and
kinesthetic. Understanding the many types of learning styles is important since it can help you
improve the quality of your learning process. Learning styles include visual, aural, read/write,
and kinesthetic. Visual learners learn by seeing pictures and symbols that they can recall from
time to time, rather than words. Auditory learners learn by hearing, with a concentration on
reading aloud what they are studying. The read/write learner is attentive, especially to their notes
and books. Kinesthetic learners learn by doing. This method can help them challenge themselves
in terms of experience.
