 Introduction

Dear Student,
We hope you are doing great. You must be familiar with the MyPerfectice platform which is an
AI based platform for continuous assessment, self-learning, recommended intervention and
employ-ability status enhancement of students.
This platform includes a lot of feature that you as a student must know. Hence in order to make it
easy to understand each & every feature, we have created this guide for you.
Once you are done reading this guide, you would be able to perform the following steps with ease:

Logging into the platform

Able to take the tests

Able to view your test submitted or not.

Reach out to us & faculties in case of any doubt or issue

 Accessing the MyPerfectice platform

Now that you are all set to start your journey on MyPerfectice platform, the first question that
would arise in your mind is “How to access the platform?”
Well let’s make it easier for you!!
There are 2 ways to access the platform:
App: In order to access the platform through app, you need to go to the google play store
& search for the “DPU E-Proctor” app. Download & install it. The advantage of doing it
on app is that you can access the tests anytime & could take the tests from wherever you
are.
Note: The app is not available for IPhone users. Currently it is only available for android user. If
you are having an Apple device, try logging in through web.

Web: Go to the URL “ https://dpu.myperfectice.com/ ” & access the platform through

there. One thing to note is that you should enter the correct URL in order to access the
website else you might not be able to login into the platform. Most of the students face
thischallengehence you need to be careful on this.

 Login into the Platform

In order to login into the web version, you need to perform the following steps:
Go to the URL that is provided by your institution. After you are there, you will see the
login button on your screen.

Once you enter the URL you will redirect on the login page which will look similar to
that mentioned below:

You are required to fill the login credentials as provided by your institution & then click on login.

 Student Platform Interface

Congratulations!!!

You have now logged in successfully into the platform. Welcome to the student interface which
consists of variety of functionalities. Just to give you a glimpse of how the interface looks like, the
snapshot has been attached below which you can refer:

Now that you have got an idea how the interface looks like, now we will make you understand
each and every functionalities so that you get acquainted with them.

 Assessment

This is the first tab of the student interface. Once you are logged in, this is where you will land
in.The glimpse of which is shown below:

Search bar: You can directly search the test through the search bar by putting the
subject name over there.

Steps to take test: In order to take the test, you need to follow the following steps:

Click on the test name or click on the view option.

 Once you perform the step mentioned above, the following page will open:

Here you can see the following details of Assessments:

a. Assessment Name
b. Total Marks
c. Total Time
d. Total Questions
e. Last attempts records

To start the exam Click on the Take Assessment option which is on the Right hand side.

 Once you click on that option, you will land on this page:

Here you need to enable camera to take your live image for that click on Turn ON option:

Once you click on that option, system will ask for camera permission, you need to click on Allow
option.

 Once you click on Allow option your camera will get enable.

Then click on Take Picture option.

Once you click on Take Picture option system will capture you live image and then you need to
click on Continue option.

 Once you click on that option, you will land on this page:

Click Turn on Camera option so system will capture your live image and then you need to click
on Upload option where you need to upload the Gov. ID Proof in the PDF format.

Once you done click on Continue option, you will land on this page.

 Here, you’ll able to see three options:-
A. Go to Tutorial.
B. Ready to Start
C. Take me back
If you want a tutorial before exam then we need to click on Go to Tutorial option.

To start the test we need to click on “Ready to start” Option. Before that we need to read all the
instructions which is mentioned there.

For MCQ Questions:-

 To submit your answer just select the correct option and click on Save and Next option,

 While doing the test, you can review it later for that click on Save & mark for Review
Option.

 If you use Option Mark for Review & Next then your selected answer will not submit.

For MCMR Questions: - (Multiple Choice Single Response Questions)

 MCMR is based on the text/paragraph of case study/situational exercise etc.

 Students first need to read this text and then answer the MCMR i.e. Multiple choice multiple
response questions.

Select TWO options

 Students need to select compulsory “TWO OPTIONS” for each MCMR question Not More than

Two OR Not Less than Two.

 While doing the test, you can review it later for that click on Save & mark for Review

Option.

 To submit your answer just select the correct option and click on Save and Next option,

For Descriptive Questions:

When there is Descriptive questions you will land on this page:

In descriptive questions we can submit your answer By Typing the Answer in the given text box.

 To submit your answer just click on Save and Next option,

 While doing the test, you can review it later for that click on Save & mark for Review
Option.

 After you complete all the questions for final submission of your all answers (MCQ +
Descriptive), you need to click on Finish option.

 Once you click on Finish option, System will ask you conformation If good to go, then you can
click on the OK button to proceed further.

 Once we click on Ok Button then test will get submit and you’ll receive this kind of message.

Here you can able to see your Name and the Test name

This message itself is the conformation that your test has been submitted successfully.
