Outlook Data Size Checking Guide

Please follow the two guidelines below to us identify and match your outlook data size with the
email hosting information:

Folder Size
1. To find the size of your mailbox, in the Mail view, click your account.

2. Click Folder > Folder Properties.

3. Click Folder Size at the bottom of the pane.

You’ll see that the size for the mailbox and each subfolder is indicated in kilobytes (KB).

Outlook file location

1. Open Microsoft Outlook app and navigate to File:

2. Under Info tab, please click on Account Settings > Account Settings.

3. Click on the 'Data Files' tab and select your main email address:
 4. Click 'Open File Location…'
5. This opens a new File Explorer window showing the PST file location.
