Two ways to gain easy access to your health benefits

We encourage you to download the WPA Health App (available on iOS and Android) as this will
allow easy access to your account to view details of your membership (including Scheme
documentation) and any correspondence from WPA, and to submit and track claims. It also lists
a number of discounted membership benefits. Alternatively, you can also access your secure
online account and Scheme documentation at my.wpa.org.uk

It is important that you authorise any claim before undergoing treatment and incurring fees. You
will then be sure that we recognise your specialist or therapist, that we cover the hospital you
have chosen and that your medical condition and the treatment you receive is not excluded by
any terms and conditions or personal exclusions.
