Chief Operating Officer (COO) - AIC-BAMU Foundation

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the
AIC-BAMU Foundation. As the COO, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all operational aspects of the
organization, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient achievement of our strategic goals. You will be the right-hand person to
the CEO, providing strategic guidance and operational leadership across various functions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational plans and strategies aligned with the organization's vision andmission.
• Manage and optimize internal processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and cost-control.
• Lead and oversee all operational departments, including finance, human resources, administration,and technology.
• Play a key role in fundraising initiatives and securing financial resources.
• Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies,investors, and
industry partners.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance within the organization.

Manager Incubation & Programs

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Manager Incubation &Programs. You will play
a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our incubation center, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship among
students and budding startups.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the incubation center, overseeing all aspects of its operations and strategicdevelopment.
• Develop and implement effective incubation programs tailored to different stages of startups andindustry needs.
• Source and identify promising startups with high growth potential.
• Guide and mentor incubated startups, providing expert advice, business development support, andaccess to resources.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including investors, mentors, industry partners, andgovernment agencies.

Manager, Investment & Legal - AIC-BAMU Foundation

About the Role:

The AIC-BAMU Foundation, an incubator fostering student entrepreneurship at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar
Marathwada University, seeks a dynamic and experienced Manager, Investment & Legal to join our team. This role
plays a crucial part in supporting our startups' financial and legal needs, driving investment strategies, and ensuring
compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Investment:
o Conduct due diligence on potential investments in technology-based startups aligned with ourfocus areas
(Healthcare, Agriculture, Food Processing, etc.)
o Analyze financial data and prepare investment proposals for presentation to the investmentcommittee
o Recommend and implement investment strategies in alignment with the Foundation's goalsand risk tolerance
o Monitor and manage the investment portfolio, tracking performance and suggestingadjustments as needed
o Identify and secure additional funding sources for the Foundation and its startups
• Legal:
o Review and manage legal documents related to investments, contracts, and startupoperations
o Advise startups on legal compliance and best practices
o Manage intellectual property (IP) matters for the Foundation and its startups
o Liaise with lawyers and external legal counsel as needed
• Overall:
o Mentor and guide startups on financial planning, fundraising, and managing their portfolios
o Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, entrepreneurs, governmentagencies, and

o Contribute to the development and implementation of the Foundation's policies andprocedures

Manager Portfolio Operation & Business Development

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Portfolio Operation & Business Development to join our team
and play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our incubation center. You will be responsible for managing our portfolio of
startups, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to the overall
development of the innovation ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management:
o Manage and oversee the incubation journey of assigned startups, providing mentorship,guidance, and
support.
o Track and measure the progress of startups against KPIs and develop strategies forimprovement.
o Facilitate interactions and collaboration between startups and resources within the ecosystem.
o Conduct regular portfolio reviews and identify areas for intervention and support.
• Business Development:
o Identify and analyze market opportunities in relevant sectors (Healthcare, Agriculture, FoodProcessing, etc.)
o Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, investors, and stakeholders.
o Develop and implement strategies to attract high-potential startups to the incubation program.
o Lead efforts to secure funding and resources for the foundation and its startups.
• Collaboration & Communication:
o Liaise effectively with internal teams (mentors, technical leads, etc.) to ensure seamlesssupport for
startups.
o Collaborate with external stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, andacademic
institutions.
o Develop and deliver presentations and reports on portfolio performance and progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics (BBA, BBM, BBS, BMS) or Engineering/Science & Technology.
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
• Minimum 5-6 years of total experience, with 3-5 years of experience working in a startup/incubatorenvironment.
• Proven track record of identifying and analyzing market opportunities.

Manager Finance & Accounts - AIC-BAMU Foundation

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Finance & Accounts to join our dynamic team. You will be
responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the foundation, ensuring financial compliance, and providing sound
financial advice to support our growth and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full financial cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, andbudgeting.
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records in accordance with accounting principles andstatutory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
• Oversee PFMS, GST, and taxation compliance.
• Liaise with auditors and government agencies.
• Manage cash flow and optimize financial resources.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting staff (if applicable).

Eligibility Criteria:

• CA/CS or Bachelor's degree in Commerce with Master's degree (MBA preferred).

• Strong operational knowledge of PFMS, GST, and taxation laws.

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Manager Marketing & Training & Development to play a key role in shaping
the future of AIC-BAMU Foundation. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing
and training & development plans to attract and retain startups, investors, mentors, and partners. Additionally, you will
spearhead initiatives to enhance the skillsand knowledge of our startup community.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing:
o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve organizational goals.
o Manage and execute branding, communication, and outreach activities.
o Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, investors, andpotential partners.
o Identify and implement effective marketing channels to reach target audiences.
o Manage website and social media presence.
o Track and analyze marketing performance metrics.
• Training & Development:
o Design and deliver training programs for startups, mentors, and staff.
o Identify and partner with experts to provide relevant training content.

Deputy Manager HR & Administration

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, training, anddevelopment.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the organization's goals and bestpractices.
• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding newemployees.
• Administer payroll, ensure timely and accurate salary payments, and manage employee leave andbenefits.
• Develop and deliver training programs for employees on various HR-related topics.
• Manage office administration, including facilities management, budget planning, and procurement.

Assistant Manager Facility & Labs

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager Facility & Labs. You will
be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities, including our highly equipped DGX and
CoE for AI-ML laboratory, Innovation and invention Centre (IPR Centre), Co-working spaces, specialized facilities — IOT Fab

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day upkeep and cleanliness of all facilities.


• Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams for repairs, services, and equipment upkeep.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity ofequipment and
facilities.
• Monitor and manage facility utilities and expenses.
• Oversee security and safety protocols within the facilities.
• Assist with space management and allocation for various events and activities.

crucial role in supporting the CEO's daily operations, ensuring their time is
maximized for critical tasks like recruiting. This is a demanding and fast-paced environment, requiringstrong organizational skills,

Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively prepare relevant information and materials.
• Efficiently handle all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, andinquiries.

4. A candidate should not submit separate online applications, if he/she desires to apply for more than onepost.

SELECTION PROCESS AND TERMS

1. Applicants will be shortlisted by an expert committee from all the application received. The screening of the application
will be performed on the basis of eligibility criteria and work experience as mentioned in the advertisement. Shortlisted
candidates will be invited for a personal interview by a duly constituted selection committee. A merit list of candidates shall
be prepared based solely on performance in the personal interview
2. The selected candidate will be informed separately. A formal offer letter will be offered to the selected candidates. The
selected candidate will be required to join within 30 days of date of the offer by AIC- BAMU Foundation.
