    QUESTION:
    What happens if we violate the local ordinance?

    ANSWER:
    According in RA 6036, there must have a proper penalty for violation of local
    ordinances although it is not a big deal in other laws, it can be proper penalized
    those persons who commit to violate those certain local ordinances.
