Washer disinfector

DS 610/1 SL 2S– DS 610/2 SL 2S


A fully automatic frontal loading washer disinfector with motorized vertical
sliding down door available in single or double door pass through version.

This machine offers a complete washing and thermal disinfection treatment


and is equipped with an efficient hot air drying system which ensures a
perfect drying of all instruments and tubes after disinfection thanks to the
accurate distribution of air on all chamber zones and wash cart levels.

The 2S fast cycle configuration of this machine allows a complete pre-


washing, washing and drying cycle time reduced to 35 minutes only with a
greatly improved working efficiency and consequent reduction of energy
consumption.

The following applications are performed using dedicated wash carts and
accessories: surgical instruments, MIS instruments, anaesthesia
instruments, ophthalmology instruments, containers, OP rubber shoes, baby
bottles...

Loading and unloading washing carts operations can be done at an


ergonomic height by using manual or automatic single loading/unloading
transfer trolleys.

this version is suitable for barrier CSSD application for reducing cross
contamination and can be equipped with automatic single loading/unloading
transfer trolleys.

2S Fast Cycle process

The machine is equipped with two tanks for the pre-heating of washing and rinsing water (1) and
thermal-disinfection water (2).

The pre heated 60 °C hot water washing tank (1) allows reduces washing process time and
consequently total cycle time. While the machine is performing the washing phase the washing tank (1)
is filled with rinsing water and pre heated to 60 °C. Saving heating time in the washing chamber avoids
cool down thus reducing energy loss.
The pre heated 80 °C demineralized water tank (2) allows radically reduced thermal-disinfection
process time and consequently total cycle time.
The complete pre-washing, washing and drying cycle time is reduced to 35 minutes.

Construction

• Washing chamber, washing arms, pre-heating tanks and water filters made of high quality stainless
steel AISI 316 L (DIN 1.4404)
• Frame and external cabinet made in stainless steel AISI 304 (DIN 1.4301)

Standard features:

• Washing and drying injection system on the same circuit


• 2 washing chamber spray arms for efficient water and air distribution inside the chamber.
• Cart connection system to the machine washing water pipe sending water and air directly into
washing cart spray arms and inner hollow of wash objects to be treated to guarantee the best
washing, thermal-disinfection and drying results
• Thermal-disinfection by gaining the temperature up to 93°C and holding it for a selected time, this
can be set for each single cycle in order to satisfy all enquiries of laws regarding thermodisinfection
in the different countries.
• Tanks provided with heating elements for the pre-heat of washing and rinsing water (1st tank) and
thermo-disinfection water (2nd tank).
• Hugh quality thermal insulation to save energy consumption.
• Washing chamber system is constructed without angles therefore removing breeding ground for
germs.
• Self cleaning sump with rounded edges.
• Three levels water filtering system to capture residue preventing re-circulation for excellent washing
results.
• Motorized sliding down glass door with safety device. The glass door grants total visual monitoring of
the process and is realized with a double HST (High Shock Tested) tempered glass.
• Pass-through version features double interlocked doors
• 2 automatic chemical product dosing pumps under complete micro-processor control. Other
chemical dosing pumps are available as optional.
• Chemical product quantity check with minimum level alarm.
• Large storage on bottom basement to allocate up to four 5 lt. chemical containers. Storage is
accessible through a lock provided door.
• Chamber breather pipe (air exhaust connection) diam. 60mm.
• Hot air drying on double main circuit for a perfect distribution on all chamber, basket levels and/or
injectors equipped with double filter:

• Soft touch control panel (touch function areas with status led) made of a single glass surface for
perfect cleaning and disinfection to assure the operator a better protection against contamination
when selecting the cycle type.
• TFT 3,5” - QVGA (320x240) colour display for complete visualization of machine programming,
operation and status.
