PROFILE OF SPEAKERS

Sr Ho Chin Soon is the founder and chairman of Ho Chin Soon Research, which is
widely known as the map maker in the Malaysian property market. He is also the
chairman of Hong Onn Enlightens and a fellow of the Royal Institution of
Surveyors, Malaysia. Under his leadership, Ho Chin Soon Research has published
countless maps covering the key development areas in Malaysia to illustrate the
developments of Malaysian property market. The maps by Ho Chin Soon
Research are widely used by property developers, valuation firms, estate agents
and various property players in Malaysia.
Using his expertise in real estate mapping, Sr Ho Chin Soon explains the key
catalysts for the Malaysian Property Market in this talk. He will cover hot mega
projects being planned and under construction in the country and explain how
Sr Ho Chin Soon these mega projects will stimulate the Malaysian property market. In this talk, Sr
Founder Ho Chin Soon will cover mega projects such as Penang Silicon Island, MRT 3, High
Speed Rail to Forest City / Johor Bahru and RTS Link to Woodland North,
Ho Chin Soon Research Singapore.

Sr Prem Kumar is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM),


the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Association of Valuers,
Estate Agents, Property Managers, and Property Consultants in Private
Practice Malaysia (PEPS) and the Malaysian Institute of Property and Facilities
Managers Malaysia (MIPFM). He is an accomplished professional and has
accumulated more than 37 years of experience in the Malaysian real estate
industry. Sr Prem Kumar has valued various property types exceeding RM1
trillion in terms of Market Value within the entire spectrum of the real estate
industry. His experience is not confined to professional practices as he has also
held various key roles in the corporate sector with the latest being the
Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Risk Committee in I-
Sr Prem Kumar A/L Berhad.
Subramaniam As global awareness of sustainability issues continues to grow, integrating
Real Estate Advisor & ESG considerations is becoming a fundamental aspect of responsible business
practices, including Malaysian real estate industry. Presently, ESG
Consultant & considerations, which were primarily driven by regulatory compliance, is
Independent Director expected to evolve to be part of the way businesses are conducted, including
our professional practices such as Valuation, Estate Agency and Property
Management. With his extensive experiences in both professional practices
and corporate sector, Sr Prem Kumar is the right candidate to enlighten us on
the incorporation of ESG in our professional practices.
