In a Meeting held on the 19 May, 2023 by the executive members of it was agreed that the Union wants to
apply for a loan facility of Eleven Thousand Ghana Cedis only (GHC 11000.00) for a period of 4 month for the
following Executive Members.

1. That the union will pay a weekly repayment of an amount of GHC 880.00 to Universal Microfinance for
a period of 4 months.
2. That that union will pay 20% cash collateral for the loan at the point of disbursement.
3. That the union will ensure that all members pay the loan as scheduled or else the union will be responsible
and pay for any default.
4. That the Union members is bound until the facility is totally paid off.
