6. PEROFRM A CARBON-SILICON ANALYSIS AGAIN TO VERIFY C/Si CONTENT 7. TAKE METAL BATH TEMPERATURE IN THE CRUCIBLE (1430-1450 C) 8. START TAPPING METAL INTO POURING LADLE 9. START ADDING INOCULANT TO METAL STREAM WHEN LADLE IS 1/3RD FULL (0.15% of 500kg = 750 gm/heat) 10. POURING TEMPERATURE SHOULD BE IN THE RANGE 1380 – 1420 C 11. POURING TIME SHOULD BE BETWEEN 20-25 SEC 12. NUMBER OF MOULD BOXES TO BE POURED PER HEAT = 4
