ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I would like to begin by expressing my sincere gratitude to Sir Marlon Berzaldo for this activity, which
provided us with the opportunity and experience to meet and engage in conversation with our Barangay
SK Chairman. I am also thankful for his dedication to teaching and guiding us in acquiring knowledge,
for maintaining impartiality when expressing opinions, and for his approachable demeanor as an
educator.

My First-Hand Encounter with our Barangay/SK Chairman
(a meet and great experience)

Upon entering the office of the Barangay SK Chairman, I was immediately inquired about my purpose. I
informed them that my task was to engage in a meet and greet with the SK Chairman. Following this,
they inquired about my educational institution, to which I responded, "PNHS-MAIN po, senior high."
Inside the office, there were two additional individuals present. Although I lacked the courage to inquire
about their identities, they kindly offered me a seat. During my visit, I posed several questions, focusing
on the primary issues addressed in their office and the challenges associated with being an SK
Chairman. My curiosity led me to ask three or four questions, and I was gratified with their
comprehensive responses. Their professionalism, particularly in their manner of speaking, was notably
impressive. After my series of questions, I announced my need to depart. However, before leaving, they
bestowed upon me a motivational speech, emphasizing the importance of diligent study, graduating, and
the potential impact of possessing a diploma. Their cordiality and politeness were so profound that I felt
somewhat intimidated. I sincerely hope for another opportunity to meet with them in the future.

II. Recommendations:

I did not encounter any issues regarding assistance, office accessibility, or the availability of the SK
chairman. My experience was seamless as I did not require a scheduled meeting; I simply arrived
unannounced, and the SK chairman was present in the office. Regarding assistance, I have no
complaints; they promptly offer aid and inquire about the nature of your visit upon your arrival at the
office.
