February 20, 2024

1. Meeting called to order (Mrs. Heinlen)

a. no emails were sent to Imboden to be put on the SOT agenda
2. Approval of minutes January
3. New Business:
a. Changed back to a 5 day specialists with a new PLC schedule
b. SPP Act 2 approved by Region/District
c. DMC Budget – still in the approval process, some staff interviewing so no
news of who is being cut from staff as of today.
d. Pickle Ball Court is almost ready for scheduled build – district is holding
up paperwork.
e. Imboden has developed a list for PTA to fund for next year.
f. If Hydroponics and Garden cannot be funded through a community
business it will be cut from Green Our Planet and given solely to our staff.
