Agreement Letter
(Claire Naomi Tjoa 7 Love)

The following will come into immediate effect after agreement by both the parents of Claire Naomi Tjoa of
Grade 7 Love and the Discipline Committee of Tzu Chi School.

The following has been drawn up taking into consideration Claire Naomi Tjoa's frequent tardiness to school.
This has been informed by email to the parents several times.

Given the same, henceforth, Claire Naomi Tjoa will agree to the following and will go into effect immediately,
and be practiced, until the end of Academic Year 2023-2024:

1. Claire Naomi Tjoa will attend school on time without fail. If, for any reason she is not able to join the
classes, an email must be sent from the parents to the Home Room teacher by 7 a.m. on that day,
stating the reason for the same.

2. Claire Naomi Tjoa will attend the scheduled counseling session/s without fail. Should she be unable to
attend, an email stating the valid reason will be sent to the counselor to be excused from the session.

3. Claire Naomi Tjoa will serve two days of in-school suspension to be given time to reflect upon her
actions. Should she be unable to attend, an email stating the valid reason will be sent to the Discipline
Committee to be excused from the session.

Should any of the above be violated or not adhered to at any time, the school may elevate this case to the
next level.
