My Classroom Management Plan


Philosophical Statement
 As a future teacher, I will make sure that my learners feel comfortable in
my classroom. I want that my classroom is has a freedom and
peacefulness. We all know that students entered school to learn so that I
want them to feel that they are loved, not alone and learn in a good way.
Classroom Rules and Procedure
 As my rules was implemented, I will make sure that students need it to
follow. My rules was created for them to learn. We all know that rules is
very important in a classroom. As my students entered in classroom, I
will make sure that they will do our rules.
Teacher-Student Relationship
 I want my students are free to tell problems and ask guidance to me when
I am a teacher. The one responsibility of a teacher is to serve as parents
to its students. Teacher and students relationship is very important
because we need to do the rule “one family in one classroom”.
Schedules and Timeframes
 Time and schedule should need to follow. When students didn’t obey the
rule, all works will be affected.
Classroom Structure, Design and Arrangements
 Classroom arrangement will be alphabetically arranged. Chairs will be
group in three rows.
Classroom Safety Rules and Procedures
 I want to sure that my students are safety. I will sure that there’s no war
inside the classroom so that I will sure the safety of my students. They
need to treat each other as their family.
Strategies for Rewards and Consequences
 Students are happy when they have a rewards and consequences in their
good actions. I will give them phrase as their reward. In this simple words
has a big impact to them.

Notice

 The salient components that I noted are teacher-student relationship, classroom rules and
procedures, and the classroom structure, design and arrangements.
 We need to utilize the information before we create a rule because in creating a rule, we need to
include in planning the students. We created a plan not only for our self but for the whole classroom.
 I have noticed that if there is a rule in a classroom, there is a respect and discipline. Students are
comfortable and they have a positive and conducive learning environment.
 I give consideration to my students but I will tell to them that next time they need to follow the rule.
Being a teacher, we need to be considerable.

Analyze

 I have noticed that as my rule implemented, they are actively participating and
cooperative.
 The most difficult is their time management. There are some of them that they pass their
activities or assignments not on time and the only thing that I will do is to deduct score so that
this will serve as their punishment.

Reflect

 I realized that classroom rule is very important for you to manage you classroom.
Implementing rules will help you to create a positive and conducive learning
environment for your students.

Observe

 The problem and challenges to me in writing plan is to know first the information from
my students. It is not easy to create plan because students has a different personality
so that I need to learn first their behavior.

Reflect

 Giving time to my self to assess my student’s behavior. It is need to consider my


students because those rule are not for me, it is for the whole classroom.

Plan

 By spending time to them and observing my students in their action. Giving me an


enough time to know their behavior.
