Salet Elementary School uses color-coded waste bins labeled according to DENR guidelines to properly sort biodegradable, recyclable, residual, healthcare, and toxic wastes as part of its waste management efforts. Food scraps are dumped in green bins, bottles in blue bins, contaminated plastics in black bins, masks and face shields in yellow bins, and paint in red bins.
