● The next chapter of Habitat for Humanity is envisioned for France.

● Since several of the existing chapters are established in the European Union, this creates

steady access to the chapter affiliations of Habitat for Humanity.

● As France has decentralized its government over the last several decades, an

opportunity has opened to create partnerships between local authorities and nonprofit

organizations.

● Since 2012, France has simplified the process for establishing a nonprofit organization.

● France has laws in place to aid the housing crisis -- Habitat for Humanity can Help
