Job Summary :-
The Human Resource Head is responsible for developing and executing human resource
strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the
organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, Policy Implement, change
management, organizational and performance management, training and
development. The HR Head provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and
plans to the executive management team, shareholders and the board of directors.

Duties/Responsibilities :-
 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall
business objectives of the organization
 Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the
company's mission and strategic vision.
 Work with the company's executive management team to establish a sound plan of
management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the
company.
 Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are
competitive and cost-effective.
 Ensure that the HR department is delivering high-quality services and programs to
employees
 Manage employee relations issues and ensure that the company has a positive work
environment
 Ensure that the company is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
related to HR
 Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing career
development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development.
