• Insurance Quoting Application: Digitize the
quoting process, including prospecting, KYC,
pricing, quote generation and conversion. To
automate the processes, we have integrated
various API’s, including KYC, pricing, risk-API
and others. We improved the time for a quote
from 3-5 days to 2-4 hours, the system is used
to generate 500 quotes monthly.

• Insurance Deal Internal Escalation: The

purpose of the application is to digitize and
automate deal escalation to speed up the
decision making within all stakeholders. This
project has successfully handled 500 requests
per month and improved the conversion rate
3 times.
Project Portfolio
• Broker portal: This portal enables insurance agents
and brokers to generate digital quotes seamlessly.
Currently this application serves 800 insurance agents
and generates 5000 quotes monthly.

• Government agency: Digitize a complex workflow

with Mendix low-code platform. Integrated with
ChatGPT and Singpass to automate routine tasks and
reporting. Weekly this application processes 2000
articles and generates daily reports for the entire
organization.

• SAFHIS Project: A clinic management tool that helps

with onboarding clinics, registering patients and
processing and validation of results. 500 clinics are
using the software and annually 500,000 patient visits
are recorded and processed.
