Product Manager

Job Description : Responsible for guiding the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, and ensuring that our books,
planners, agendas, and journals meet the needs of our target market. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design,
marketing, sales, and operations, to bring successful products to market.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy: Develop and execute a clear product strategy aligned with the company's vision and market demand. Conduct
market research, identify customer needs, and define product requirements.

2. Product Ideation and Conceptualization: Collaborate with the design team to generate innovative product ideas and concepts.
Evaluate and prioritize potential product opportunities based on market analysis and business goals.
3. Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product development timeline, key milestones, and launch
plans.
4. Product Design and Development: Work closely with the graphic design team to guide the creation of visually compelling and market-
ready product designs. Ensure that product designs meet user needs and align with the brand's visual identity.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the design team, marketing, sales, and
operations to ensure a seamless product development process.
6. Market Analysis and Competitive Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify
opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
7. Pricing and Profitability: Collaborate with the finance team to determine product pricing strategies that align with market positioning
and ensure product profitability.
8. Product Launch and Marketing: Plan and execute product launches, coordinating marketing efforts to generate awareness and drive
product adoption.
9. Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Track product performance metrics, customer feedback, and sales data to identify areas
for product enhancement and optimization.
10. Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to continuously improve products and address customer
needs.
11. Inventory Management: Collaborate with operations and inventory management teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize
stockouts.
