We understand that the registered seat of the company is about to change and the
new address is going to be in the 9th district.

Please be informed that this change shall be reported by the company only to the
registry court. The registry court will provide the tax authority with the information.

Further, we would like to let you know that the tax ID number of a company may
change in the event of a change of registered office; however, in this case, the tax
number of the company will remain the same since the 9 th district belongs to the tax
administration of South Budapest as well as the 11 th district, where the company is
currently based. The competent tax authority remains unchanged regarding the com-
pany, therefore, the new registered seat does not affect the tax number of DTCS.

However, we would like to draw your attention that the business partners shall
be informed about the change of the registered seat. Please note that as of 2.11.2023,
