    MOU REGARDING UTILITIES AT 2, AYODELE CLOSE, THOMAS ESTATE, AJAH, LAGOS

    Dear Resident,

    On the 26th November, 2022 a memo was passed towards a temporary suspension of the annual
    service charge. This was due to the agreement of residents choosing to oversee and take
    responsibilities towards all services/utilities. Kindly find attached memo shared on the 26th November,
    2022

    However there have been breaches to the agreement as stated above. Therefore we will be
    implementing a compulsory annual service charge which kickstarts on the 1st January, 2024

    Below is the breakdown of services/utilities for the year 2024.

    Utilities Amount per month


    LAWMA (compulsory) 2,500
    Water Usage (including repairs) 3,000
    Sanitation (compulsory) 2,000
    Sewage Treatment 2,000

    Please note that the above is compulsory for all, and payments must be made on or before 31st
    January, 2024.

    Amount stated above per utility is subject to change when rate per utility increases. Please note that
    changes will be made at the end of your current utility charge

    Your payment towards the above will be adjusted to the period of your tenancy subsequently.
