    RE: Roll back to commercial rate

    Please be informed that the business operation of water station aquabalance in Moonheart
    Dormitory will be stopped on or before September 25, 2021 as end of contract is reached. No renewal of
    contract has been concluded. Equipment may or might not stay depending on disassembly by the
    tenant’s contractor. However we are strictly implementing no contract no business operation policy on
    our tenants so all utilities will be shut off completely.

    We therefore request the rate to be turned back into commercial rate from industrial rate on
    our next billing cycle immediately which will reflect on our bill on October 2021. Thank you
