    Sub: - Approval of First Payment certificate

    As per contract agreement made between Delomena Woreda Health Office and Fiqruu, Sisay
    & Friends Partnership M.E. for construction of Barraaq Basic HP Construction Project at
    Barraaq, the contractor has requested payment approval.

    The payment have been checked and approved by our supervisor assigned to conduct supervision
    during supervision of the project.

    Therefore, we here attached priced bill of quantity and take off sheet of the executed works and
    kindly request you to effect amount of birr 2,248,737.20 (Two million two hundred forty eight
    thousand seven hundred thirty seven birr and 20/100 cents only) to the above mentioned contractor.
