    Reference to above mentioned Subject, please be informed that the contractor has
    fulfilled all his obligations under the above mentioned contract. Further to this, as
    recommended by WOMD vide letter WOMD/2021/32 dated 21/01/2021, please release
    the performance bank guarantee for the above mentioned contract as per the following
