[Artist Management Agreement]

This Artist Management Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Date], by and between Temple Nollywood Exclusive
Movie Services Limited ("Company") and [Artist Name] ("Artist").

1. Engagement
2. The Artist agrees to be exclusively managed by the Company for a period of 8 years ("Term") from the effective
date of this Agreement.

3. Services
a. The Artist agrees to obey the Company's instructions and guidance and will exclusively perform movie jobs
scheduled by the Company.
b. The Company shall be responsible for scheduling the job time and handling all communications regarding
the Artist's availability for movie jobs.
c. The Artist shall not engage in any movie jobs that have not been approved by the Company and must
prioritize and complete all movie jobs assigned by the Company before undertaking any other movie jobs.
4. Compensation
a. The Company shall be entitled to receive 40% of any money paid to the Artist for movie jobs or any other
related activities.
b. All the artist fee shall be paid to the Account of Temple Nollywood Exclusive Movie Services Limited, and
the Company shall remit the 60% of the artist fee to the Artist's Account.

5. Endorsements and Ambassadorship

6. The Company shall be exclusively in charge of any ambassadorship, endorsements, or related activities undertaken
by the Artist for other companies or individual or government to generate income. Any money derived from such
activities shall be paid into the Company's Account, and 60% of the income shall be remitted to the Artist by the
Company.

7. Accommodation and Expenses

8. During the Artist's engagement in Company's jobs, endorsements, or any related activities, the Company, at its sole
discretion, shall only provide accommodation, feeding, and transport fees for the Artist.

9. Breach and Damages

10. In the event of a breach of any provision of this Agreement by the Artist, the Artist shall be liable to pay the
Company the sum of 50 million Naira as damages.

11. Temple Nollywood Exclusive Movie Services Limited can decide to end this contract agreement anytime, with or
without any reason

12. The artist doesn't have the right to end this agreement for whatsoever reason.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
