This paper are introduce how the Government of Japan had been successful in the infrastructure
construction administration management face the globalization of technology after the second world war ,
this paper also introduce how to managing the skill worker, overview Economic and Infrastructure
Development, Environment and socio-economic conditions, Roles and Current state of the construction
industry, overview of construction business act, construction business licensing, revised three public works
bears act.
The History of Infrastructure Development and Economic Growth looking back on the history of Japan from
modern times onwards, infrastructure has supported people’s lives and the economy throughout each era.
Environment and Socio-economic Conditions in Japan, Japan faces myriad issues, from population decline, a
dwindling birthrate and aging society to the imminent threat of major earthquakes, intensifying weather
damage, Accelerating deterioration of infrastructure and the decline of rural communities.
Roles and Current State of the Construction Industry, continuity of the construction industry is
essential to supporting people’s lives and economic growth. Public works and private construction primarily
consist of civil engineering and building construction, respectively, change in Construction Investment and
