    Dear Sir,

    I have the honour to state that, I am A. J. M. Musleh Uddin Juned, working at Brothers
    Furniture Ltd. as an Asst. Manager since 5th October, 2015. I have gained a vast
    amount of knowledge, experience and expertise over the past four years. At this time I
    have decided to resign from the current position for a strategic career move. It’s been
    a great pleasure working with you and representing the company. I wish you and
    Brothers Furniture Ltd. continued success.

    As detailed within my contract of employment, I hereby give the required one-month


    notice, with the last day of employment being on 4th May, 2019. As always, I am
    dedicated to my role within Brothers Furniture Ltd. until I leave, so if there are any
    handover notes you would like me to prepare or any other task, you’d like me to focus
    on until then, please let me know.

    Again, thank you for your time and friendship with Brothers Furniture Ltd.
