关于开展 2023 年度第十二分部 QAQC
档案归档工作的通知

To the subsection
各标段：
In order to respond to the HQ's 《Notice on the collection of document
in 2023》, to improve and standardize the document management work of the
the Section 12 of the ECRL Project, and ensure the complete and accurate
archiving of QAQC document, please refer to the filing, scope and archive
management deadline table of the Section 12 (see Annex 1). Archiving
important electronic documents for the 2023 project.
为响应总经理部《 2023 年度数字化档案归档工作的通知》，持续完善和规
范马东铁项目总经理部和第十二分部的档案管理工作，确保 QAQC 档案完整、准
确归档，请各标段门根据第十二分部文件材料归档、范围和档案管理期限表（见
附件 1），就 2023 年度项目重要电子文件材料进行归档。
Hereby notified as follows
现就有关事项通知如下：
1. Please refer to Attachment 1 to complete the QAQC document ma
nagement list for 2023
请各标段参考附件 1，动态梳理文件材料归档范围，完成 2023 年 QAQC 电
子文件归档清单（见附件 2）；
2. All QAQC documents from January 1 to December 31, 2023 will be
sorted and consolidated one by one, stratified according to the file
numbers of each department in the electronic document list;
将 2023 年 1 月 1 日至 12 月 31 日 QAQC 全部文档进行逐一梳理和归整，根
据电子文件清单中各部门档案资料编号分层归类，逐层建立文件夹；
