Equipment Introduction:
High Position Tank(1000L)
This equipment is made of high quality stainless steel SUS304,has conical top and
bottom,polyurethane insulation.Inner thickness is 3mm,cover thickness is 1.5mm.Mirror polishing
inside the wall,mixer power is 0.75KW.With quick loading sanitary manhole,adjustable
leg,360°CIP cleaning spray head and anti-fly,anti-dust respirator.

Homogenizer(1T/25mpa)
Machine Parts contacting with material are made of high quality stainless steel SUS304 and
corrosion resistant alloy.Equipment power is 7.5Kw.

UHT Sterilizer(1T/h)
This equipment is made of high quality stainless steel SUS304, conforms to food hygiene
standard,it can work continuously, sterilization time is very short.It can be working in series with
centrifugal pump or high pressure homogenizer, it has wide range of application, it’s also suitable
for the sterilization of high viscosity material.Due to the economic effect of heat exchanger with
cold and hot material, the steam consumption is very small.Equipment power is 1.5Kw.

Two-Section Plate Heat Exchanger(10 ㎡)

Material-contact plate is made of SUS304 。 This heat exchanger has Mosaic seal,Epdm rubber
gasket and quick fit buckle sealing ring.

Sanitary Pump(1T/h)
Machine Parts contacting with material,impeller,nut and machine foot are made of high quality
stainless steel SUS304.The sealing ring is food hygiene rubber,high temperature resistant graphite
alloy mechanical seal.18 meters of lift.Motor power is 0.37Kw.

CIP Cleaning System

CIP contains 600L acid tank, alkali tank and hot water tank made of stainless steel SUS304.The
acid tank, alkali tank and hot water tank are heated through inner coiled pipe steam.Inner
thickness is 2.5mm.With adjustable foot,Temperature display range is 0℃-100℃.The stainless
steel sanitary valves and pipes are used in the equipment connection part.System equipped with
agitator,return pump and cleaning booster pump.Equipment power is 3Kw.
