    Roles of the partner

    CEO:
    CEO will control overall activities happening and supervise them and guide them for better
    performance. He will be responsible for meetings and buying of raw material.

    CFO:
    CFO will work under the supervision of CEO and accountants will work under him and they will report
    all the financial issue to CEO and CFO. CFO is responsible for making financial reports every month in
    the start and after some time he will do that yearly.

    COO:
    COO with look at the matters of operations. He has the responsibilities of quality control and workers.
    He will get the feedback from customer and responsible for promotions

    Vision Statement
    We aims to serve our community by providing jobs and for this purpose our vision is to expand our
    business all over the country. We will contribute in our country’s environment by coldring in summer
    ingredients and will avoid any unethical activity that may cause problems.
