Setup 1

In deewaro par hi toh shuru, sab hi armaan room wall ends with a football leaving a dirt-
hotey hain stain on the same wall.
- Close up of the football leaving dirt-stained
mark on the wall.
- The child celebrates like Ronaldo! (“Siuu”)
Setup 2
Kal jise pankh phailakar udaan bharna tha - Camera pans from a girl’s face to a wall she is
Aaj usey, neeli jersey pehankar India ka captaan doodling with crayons on a wall, we see her
banna hai draw a rocket along with planets.
- On the same frame of the wall, in a match cut,
with the girls handing still colouring at the same
spot, we see the rocket disappear and
transforms into a cricket bat/ cricketer playing
a shot.
- The camera pans back to the same girl and
this time we see her wearing an oversized India
jersey. She looks at her mother who’s
impressed with her drawing… no fear of the
scribble on the wall.

hain - A girl shows us her vlogging skills as she
displays her art on the wall.

hain Her younger sister throws ketchup on the wall,
spoiling the art as the older sister facepalms. A
candid moment between siblings.

In a wide shot, we reveal the parents also
sitting there playing with the children – not
worried about the mess on the wall.

…wo thodi na sotey hain? In a track in, we see a girl / boy kid first draw a
spiderman logo then, we see them draw a
batman and then we see them draw a
superman – changing their positions on the
camera frame. (different times of the day and
different costumes)

Kabhi pencil to kabhi pastel, Setup 5


…to kabhi zid pakad ke rotey hain… A fast montage of tight scribbling shots of
pencil, crayons and a colour pencil who’s nib
gets broken! The child makes a tearful face…

colouring with crayon.
Par ek baar jo than li…toh bade bade aksharon Setup 6
mein laksh, A slightly older child (12-14) buried in a sea of
deewaron par bowtey/ sanjotey hain books with exams approaching, writes down an
important formula on the wall.

Wall POV here to begin with as the girl comes


close to frame and sticks a small sticky note
among many other colourful ones covering the
frame. Followed by reverse shot, sticky notes
reveal motivation quotes and formulae.
