Title: Teaching Learners with Special Needs

Realizing how one has changed over time is personally fulfilling when I reflect on my own professional growth
experiences as an educator. It can be difficult to educate kids, especially those with specific needs. It is crucial for
teachers to have a favorable impact on their students. There will be some beliefs that one tries to uphold, and there
will be some prejudice that one will not put up with. Everybody has their own opinions; therefore educators should
take all necessary precautions to respect those beliefs while also exposing kids to alternative ways of thinking so they
have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions. Children are receptive because they have not yet
experienced or learned about the injustices they will meet. Early education will give kids the skills they need to
succeed, especially those with special needs. As a teacher, my main focus is on educating people about the value of
public education and education reform. My goal is to positively affect kids and be a positive influence.

When I think back on my experiences with professional development as an educator, I find it personally satisfying to
see how I have evolved over time. It can be challenging to educate children, particularly those who have particular
requirements. Teachers must make a positive impression on their students. There are certain ideas that one will work
to defend, and there are certain forms of bigotry that one will not tolerate. Everybody is entitled to their own opinions,
therefore educators should take all reasonable steps to respect them while simultaneously exposing students to other
points of view to give them the information they need to make wise judgments. Because they have not yet encountered
or learnt about the injustices they will face, children are open-minded. Children, especially those with special needs,
will acquire the skills they need to succeed via early education. My main goal as a teacher is to inform people about
the importance of public education and educational reform. My objective is to influence and have a positive impact on
children.
