1. Sinuglaw: This dish combines two popular Filipino dishes, sinugba (grilled pork) and kinilaw
(raw fish cured in vinegar), into one flavorful appetizer or main course. It typically consists of
grilled pork belly or tuna marinated in vinegar, calamansi juice, onions, ginger, and chili
peppers.
2. Humba: A traditional Visayan dish, humba is similar to adobo but with a sweeter flavor
profile. It features pork belly or pork hocks braised in a sweet and tangy sauce made from soy
sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and various spices.
3. Adobo Bisaya: While adobo is a well-known Filipino dish, each region has its own variation.
In Agusan del Norte, adobo Bisaya often uses coconut milk in addition to the classic soy sauce

10. Halo Halo- in Buenavista is a must try dessert, it is made of shaved ice with variety
ingredients like jack fruit, kaong, nata, it has beans, leche flan, ube, and Ice cream on top. It
best paired with their submarine sandwich.

For seafood lovers, the Lake Mainit area is known for its White Goby (locally known as
Pijanga), which is often served dried.
