About Me 2 years of experience in SAP R/3 as SAP - Technical consultant (SAP BASIS & SAP

• Daily monitoring of the SAP system landscape -ABAP dumps, System logs,
Updates, Background jobs, Work processes, Spool data, Backups.
• Performed root cause analysis for clients’ problems and provide accurate
documentation to client in a timely and effective manner.
• Scheduling, managing, and monitoring of background jobs.
• Performed Kernel Patch Upgrade.
• Performed Add-ons, Support Packs through SPAM & SAINT on SAP systems.

• Importing Internal & Externa transports and resolving transport-related issues.
