1. Inspect Hann System to ensure the method


is as per manufacturer guidelines

2. Load test wire rope are secured with


shackles.

3. Attach to weight meter and webbing sling.

4. Rubber mat placed under load test rope to


prevent damage to canopy fascia

5. 8 Knot used to tie load test rope to 2”D-


Shackle & tension meter bypass loop

6. 3 men required to pull on load test rope to


reach 70 kg & 140 kg mark.

7. Record the reading

Remark:
• Ensure there is no damage to wire
rope for lifeline system
• Wire rope install shall not be less
than 8mm diameter
