Term and conditions:-

1 - The work shall be carried out as per directive of GM/PM In-charge. Quantity may vary as per
scope of work decided at site.
2-Electricity /Scaffolding /Genset / Plumbing material will be provided by the Party for working.
3-Plumbing work /civil work /electrical work will be chargeable extra.
4 COMMENCEMENT of Work : 10 days from the work order date and advance .
5 The final measurement will be done after finalization of work.
6 Your rate will remain firm for the period of work.
