Stakeholder Engagement - Identify and engage with relevant stakeholders, such as local communities, chefs, restaurants, tourism boards, cultural organizations, and government bodies. - Conduct interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather insights and perspectives on gastronomic preservation. - Understand the stakeholders' expectations, concerns, and potential collaborations. 4. Preservation Strategies - Based on the research and stakeholder input, propose strategies for preserving and promoting gastronomic heritage in the selected region/country. - Explore interdisciplinary approaches, including culinary education, documentation, digital platforms, tourism initiatives, policy advocacy, and sustainability practices. - Develop actionable plans with clear objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for each strategy. 5. Implementation and Evaluation - Design a phased implementation plan for the proposed preservation strategies. - Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the initiatives. - Discuss potential challenges, risks, and mitigation strategies during the implementation process. - Develop a monitoring and evaluation framework to assess the effectiveness of the preservation efforts. 6. Presentation and Documentation - Prepare a comprehensive final report summarizing the project's findings, strategies, and implementation plan. - Create a visually engaging presentation to communicate the project's objectives, process, and outcomes effectively. - Present the project to an audience, including faculty members, fellow students, and relevant stakeholders.
