Main Objective Of The Program
• elevate the social, and economic life of the
people particularly the marginalized members
of the society primarily situated in some rural
areas and shorelines.
Balik-Basura, Balik-Pakinabang
• lessen the problem on improper waste disposal by
providing lectures and trainings on creating usable and
marketable output/products out of waste materials.
• re-orient the community regarding health and
environmental protection thru proper waste
management, to teach the residence of the different
methods of reusing waste materials from paper to
plastic bottles thru art design and creativity and to
assist the community in marketing and promotion of
their output.
Status

since they taught the residents on how to
reuse the waste materials from paper to
plastic bottles thru art design and creativity
like the “Bulaklak ng Sinarol”
Accomplishments
• Oriented the participants regarding quality control and
product promotion, climate change, proper disposal of
electronic waste and food waste
• Created and taught lectures and activities appropriate
for the projects
• Created designs and demonstrated recycled materials,
consolidated and segregated waste materials for
possible utilization.
• Assisted in the concept designing and reproduction of
the recycled products as well as in promotion and
marketing.

Jazzing up the Oldies
• aims to address the elderly problem on
spiritual, social and physical aspect by
providing lectures and trainings on counseling
Status
• find ways and means to improve their physical
and health conditions including guidelines for
normal health status and preventive measures
on the communication diseases and ailments
brought by the nature of their work
Accomplishments
• Oriented the participants on life therapy and
social care for the oldies, home visitation and
monitoring.
• Assisted and planned the spiritual activities,
social and health care of the clients and
proper physical health care.
Outputs (Based on 6Ps)

condition of the members of the community
particularly the elders.

• lessen the problem on improper waste
disposal by providing lectures and trainings on

FUTURE DIRECTION/PLAN

• LSPU may consider continuous trainings and seminars which can help the
community.
• The barangays of the different municipalities may coordinate with the
LSPU for any assistance they need specifically seminars pertaining to
livelihood projects, proper segregation of wastes and waste management,
seminar on the preparation of annual program for sports and games for
residents; and seminar on defining partnership with the government and
community services.
• The LSPU may also consider introducing new livelihood programs to the
community that can transform life of the community.
• Further research or study in terms of livelihood program, implementation
of waste segregation and other plans and program which are not covered
in the program “AYUDA”.
