University President Dr. Roy N. Villalobos it is an honor, a great pleasure, and
excitement as we gather here today for this festival - CTHM SKILLS OLYMPICS,
PAHUWAY 2023!. As we prepare to ignite the torch, signifying the start of this
memorable event, let us come together in harmony and celebration.

With the flicker of this flame, we ignite the spirit of determination, passion, and
camaraderie that resides within each of us. May the radiance of this torch
illuminate our path, symbolizing the triumph of the human spirit, and may it
inspire us to push beyond our limits, break records, and create lasting memories.
Now, without further ado, I invite KRYSTIAN KING MANALO to step forward
and bring life to this symbol of camaraderie and aspiration. As you take hold of the
torch, may you become the embodiment of our collective hopes and dreams,
igniting a spark that will burn brightly throughout this festival. And now, with
great honor and excitement, I declare the official commencement of this journey!
Let the festivity begin, PAHUWAY 2023!
