What is Research?
• Research is an Enquiry for the Creation of the Fresh Theory or for supplementing existing theory
by new knowledge.
• Etymologically, the word recerch is derived from the French word to search, which means to
search, and the Latin word Circare, which means to go around in a circle.
• In the word, research.

making and action. It improves the level of living

Research Objectives
It is defined as clear and concise statement of a specified goals and aims of the
research study. It outlines what the researcher intent to establish and what they
hope to learn.

Research Question
Research questions is an inquiry that the research attempt to answer.
It is the heart of systematic investigation. Research questions are the
most important step in any research project.

Research problem

Search problem, is a system specific question or problem or difficulty that


needs to be investigated or analyzed. It is the concise statement that
expresses the difference between what is currently known and what needs
to be known for difference between a current situation and a desired state.
• The awareness of existence of unsolved difficulties is the first and
foremost symptom for locating a research problem. Besides having the
knowledge of the problem, there must be a need to identify research
problems to study. The formation of the topic into a research problem is the
first step in scientific inquiry. That term. Problem is derived from the Greek
word proballien which means anything through forward
A problem can be called as a legal research properly if only
when it satisfies the following conditions.

• The problem must be worth study. It must have a social and


legal relevance. There must be a fact needed for research. It
must come out of practical solutions to issue. It must be
explicit and original. It must be verifiable and testable.
