Traffic Organization

Yangtze
Estuary
In order to further optimize the navigation safety of ships in the
Yangtze Estuary, Wusong Vessel Traffic Service Center (Wusong VTS)
recommends the following traffic organizations in the Yangtze Estuary:
Special Notes:The above items are for Wusong VTS to organize the
on-site traffic of ships in the waters of the Yangtze Estuary, and do not
involve the revision of "Changjiangkou Ship Routing System(2008)".

Anchorage Regulating of
Yangtze Estuary
Changjiangkou anchorage No. 1 and No. 3 are desiganated
for ships procceding to the north channel, and anchorage No. 2
is desiganated for ships procceding to the south channel. All
ships shall report to Wusong VTS before droping anchor in
those three anchorages.
