The role of Full Stack Development Technical Lead at Clarity Techworks

At Clarity Techworks, the Web Team Lead possesses the skills of Frontend and Backend technologies
while leading and training the team.

We’re looking for a Web Team Lead who displays enthusiastic leadership, and whose technical expertise
allows them to seamlessly manage projects and prioritize deadlines.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide technical leadership to Web team through coaching and mentorship
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, analysis, test, and
delivery
• Develop web applications using a variety of languages and technologies
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs
• Facilitate design and architecture brainstorms
• Participate in code reviews

What we’re looking for in you

• Relevant experience in frontend and backend technology
• Leadership experience highly valuable
• Understanding of full-stack web, including protocols and web server optimization standards
• Familiar with AGILE and Squad methodologies
• Laravel, PHP, VueJS, React, MySQL, MongoDB, Git, JIRA
