1) China will establish PGIZ (promoting green industrial zones) practice where the green
industrial policy is based on the Five-Year Plans to achieve macro-control of ecological and
environmental improvements industries will adopt sustainable practices and technologies.

2) China implements the circular economy at three distinct levels: The Circular Economy
Promotion Law was subsequently published in 2008, being effective in 2009, with a focus on 3R
strategies (i.e., reduce, reuse, and recycle). China actively implements the circular economy at
three distinct levels: enterprises, eco-industrial parks, and regions. This implementation is firmly
grounded in the amalgamation of ecological and economic theories, solidifying the circular
economy as an effective model for tackling resource and environmental challenges.

3) China will prioritize green innovation and support research and development in sustainable
technologies. The government will establish funding programs to encourage the private sector to
invest in green technology startups and support collaborations between academia and industry.
By fostering innovation, China aims to develop new solutions that can address sustainability
challenges in the industrial sector.

4) China will increase its investments in renewable energy sources, such as solar, wind, and
hydroelectric power. By promoting a policy called CEP (Clean Energy Production).
5) China will implement another policy called EVI basically electric vehicle integration to
promote electric vehicles (EVs) and invest in the development of charging infrastructure.
Encouraging the adoption of EVs can significantly reduce air pollution and greenhouse gas
emissions from the transportation sector.

6) China has launched large-scale afforestation and reforestation initiatives to increase forest
coverage and sequester carbon dioxide. For instance, the "Great Green Wall" project aims to
combat desertification by planting trees across a vast stretch of land in northern China.

7) Pakistan aims in improving the public transport system to reach a goal of zero emissions,
integrating the gender perspective in the “Safe BRT Travel Program”, combating climate change
impacts using Urban Forests and, managing solid waste to mitigate flooding risks.

8) To Reduce carbon emissions, Pakistan aims to shift to 60% renewable energy, and 30%
electric vehicles by 2030 and completely ban imported coal.

9) Many projects have been initiated by the federal government and provincial departments i.e.,
Ten Billion Tree Tsunami, Clean Green Pakistan Index, Ecosystem Restoration, WASH, Climate
resilient Urban Development and Green Building Code are one of the major initiatives in
addressing climate change in the country.

10) Russia introduces a carbon pricing mechanism to put a price on carbon emissions,
incentivizing businesses to reduce their emissions.

11) Russia will be Investing in research and development of green technologies and innovation,
supporting the growth of clean energy, carbon capture, and sustainable industries.
12) Russia will be raising awareness about climate change and the importance of sustainable
practices among the public, businesses, and policymakers to foster a culture of climate
responsibility through enforcing ideas into the educational sectors making the younger
generation well versed about the problems being faced.

13) The South Korean government will establish strict environmental regulations to control
industrial pollution, emissions, and waste management. These regulations set standards for air
and water quality, waste disposal, and environmental impact assessments, among others. Regular
monitoring and enforcement are already being conducted to ensure compliance and will be
working tighter in the future.

14) The South Korean government will invest in research and development of green technologies
and sustainable practices. The government provides support for the development and adoption of
clean technologies, renewable energy, energy-efficient systems, and eco-friendly manufacturing
processes. This includes funding research projects, establishing research centers, and offering
financial incentives to promote green innovation.

15) The South Korean government will implement responsible and ethical supply chain practices
is vital. Companies should conduct due diligence to ensure suppliers adhere to environmental
and social standards. Governments can introduce regulations that promote transparency, fair
trade, and responsible sourcing, while consumers can support ethical companies through their
purchasing choices.

16) The South Korean government will raise public awareness about industrial problems and
their impact is important. Governments, NGOs, and industries should promote educational
campaigns, awareness programs, and media initiatives to inform the public about sustainable
practices, consumption patterns, and the importance of responsible industrial activities.
17) The delegation of Bangladesh suggests the richer nations to gradually do away with fossil
fuels, switching to greener alternatives like solar power, nuclear power and wind energy. The use
and production of energy by coal mining should be heavily taxed. The use of greener alternatives
should be increasingly subsidized.

18) Bangladesh plans to tax the purchase of cars in densely populated regions, discouraging the
use of cars. The funds obtained can be used to develop world-class public transportation. This
follows from successful economies like Singapore that have already implemented such policies.

19) Bangladesh plans to have communal tree plantation movements on a monthly basis at least,
in schools, colleges and other institutions. This helps in bringing down the global carbon
footprint by a substantial amount.

20) Bangladesh plans to invest in the development of artificial meat or to import it from
favorable vendors. This would immensely bring down the methane emissions and free up land
that has been traditionally used for cattle. What is being suggested is not the replacement of
traditional meat but just a significant reduction in the consumption of the same.

21) Bangladesh has decided to put to use the funds provided by allies like Russia by investing
them in the subsidizing of electric cars, solar power and other green alternatives. A part of the
funds would also be used to adopt novel technologies like carbon capture.
