Εισαγωγή

Στο παρόν έντυπο αναλύονται τα βήματα και οι ενέργειες που πρέπει να ακολουθήσουν οι
υποψήφιοι που επιθυμούν να λάβουν μέρος σε μια εξ αποστάσεως εξέταση πιστοποίησης
μέσω διαδικτυακής επιτήρησης (tele – proctoring).

Η δυνατότητα εξ αποστάσεως εξέτασης μέσω διαδικτυακής επιτήρησης παρέχεται εφόσον

αναφέρεται στον εκάστοτε Ειδικό Κανονισμό.

Οι υποψήφιοι θα πρέπει να διαβάσουν εγκαίρως και προσεκτικά τις παρακάτω οδηγίες, ώστε
να είναι έτοιμοι κατά την έναρξη της εξέτασης.

Απαιτούμενος εξοπλισμός

Προκειμένου να μπορέσουν οι υποψήφιοι να συμμετάσχουν επιτυχώς σε εξ αποστάσεως

εξέταση είναι απαραίτητο να διαθέτουν:

1. Καλή σύνδεση στο Internet

2. Κάμερα και ηχείο/μικρόφωνο (είτε ενσωματωμένα σε laptop είτε συνδεδεμένα σε

desktop υπολογιστή), ώστε να είναι απρόσκοπτη η διαδικασία της επιτήρησης.

3. Ο υπολογιστής θα πρέπει να διαθέτει λειτουργικό σύστημα τουλάχιστον Windows 7

και άνω και να έχουν γίνει οι τελευταίες ενημερώσεις. Δεν υποστηρίζονται MAC, Windows
VISTA, Windows XP.

4. Σε περίπτωση εξέτασης σε θέματα υπολογιστών θα πρέπει ο υπολογιστής να διαθέτει

Microsoft Office εγκατεστημένα και ενεργοποιημένα (όχι online). Δεν υποστηρίζονται Libre
Office ή άλλα αντίστοιχα.

5. Υποχρεωτικά λίγες μέρες πριν την εξέταση οι υποψήφιοι οφείλουν να

χρησιμοποιήσουν τον σύνδεσμο https://tinyurl.com/y77dd8dc για να ελέγξουν πως ο
υπολογιστής τους είναι συμβατός με τις εξετάσεις.

Προγραμματισμός εξέτασης

Ενόψει της συμμετοχής των υποψηφίων στις εξετάσεις πιστοποίησης μέσω διαδικτυακής
επιτήρησης (tele – proctoring), οι υποψήφιοι λαμβάνουν μήνυμα ηλεκτρονικού
ταχυδρομείου με σύνδεσμο (link) τον οποίο πρέπει να ακολουθήσουν

Προγραμματισμός Εξέτασης

προκειμένου να δηλώσουν την επιθυμητή ημερομηνία και ώρα έναρξης της εξέτασης. Το
χρονικό εύρος των ημερομηνιών και των ωρών έχουν τεθεί από τον φορέα.

Αφού προγραμματίσουν την ημερομηνία και ώρα έναρξης της εξέτασής τους, λαμβάνουν
μέσω νέου μηνύματος την επιβεβαίωση για την επιτυχή καταχώρηση της ημέρας και ώρας
της εξέτασης, τον σύνδεσμο (link) για την εγκατάσταση της απαραίτητης εφαρμογής

και οδηγίες για τη διεξαγωγή της εξέτασης.

*Υπάρχει περίπτωση να χρειαστεί να απενεργοποιηθεί προσωρινά η ασφάλεια του

υπολογιστή για να μπορέσουν να εγκαταστήσουν την εφαρμογή.

Υλοποίηση της εξέτασης

Εφόσον οι υποψήφιοι έχουν εγκαταστήσει ήδη την εφαρμογή iCert Online Exam και είναι η
ώρα να ξεκινήσει η εξέταση, συνδέονται στην αίθουσα Επιτήρησης μέσω του συνδέσμου

Έναρξη Εξέτασης

που έχουν λάβει στο προσωπικό τους email και αναμένουν να συνδεθεί και ο Επιτηρητής.
Σημειώνουμε πως η εξέταση καταγράφεται καθ’ όλη την διάρκεια της για λόγους διαφάνειας
και για να υπάρχει δυνατότητα ελέγχου της αμερόληπτης και ορθής διεξαγωγή της.

Σε αυτό το σημείο θα πρέπει να απομακρυνθεί ο,τιδήποτε μπορεί να θεωρηθεί μη επιτρεπτό

από την επιφάνεια στην οποία βρίσκεται ο υπολογιστής και από τον χώρο που βρίσκονται οι
υποψήφιοι, ενώ θα πρέπει να έχουν διαθέσιμο Δελτίο Αστυνομικής Ταυτότητας/
Διαβατήριο, ώστε να γίνει η επαλήθευση ταυτοπροσωπίας από τον επιτηρητή.

Αφού ο Επιτηρητής επαληθεύσει την ταυτοπροσωπία και ελέγξει τον περιβάλλοντα χώρο
μέσω της κάμερας του υποψηφίου, ώστε να μην υπάρχει δεύτερο άτομο ή ο,τιδήποτε μπορεί
να θεωρηθεί πως θα επηρεάσει την αξιοπιστία της εξέτασης, δίνεται άδεια για να ξεκινήσει
η εξέταση.

Εμφανίζεται μια οθόνη για επιβεβαίωση της έναρξης της εξέτασης.

Όταν ξεκινήσει η εξέταση και οι υποψήφιοι βρίσκονται στο εξεταστικό περιβάλλον ο

υπολογιστής «κλειδώνει» και δεν υπάρχει η δυνατότητα οι υποψήφιοι να φύγουν από την
εφαρμογή (κλείνει το win key, task manager κλπ).

Όταν ολοκληρώσουν την εξέταση, δηλώνουν στον επιτηρητή πως πρόκειται να πατήσουν
υποβολή των απαντήσεων και να εξέλθουν από την εξέταση. Υποβάλλοντας τις απαντήσεις
τους, ο υπολογιστής ξεκλειδώνει και μεταφέρεται σε μία οθόνη όπου εμφανίζει αν
απεστάλησαν κανονικά τα αποτελέσματα στον διακομιστή και ξεκινά αντίστροφη μέτρηση
για το κλείσιμο της εφαρμογής. Με το κλείσιμο βγαίνουν αυτόματα εκτός της εφαρμογής και
δεν δίνεται πλέον δυνατότητα να επικοινωνήσουν ξανά με τον Επιτηρητή.

Μη επιτρεπόμενες ενέργειες κατά τη διάρκεια της εξέτασης

• Κλειστή ή εμποδιζόμενη κάμερα. Η κάμερα πρέπει να είναι σε λειτουργία καθ’ όλη

τη διάρκεια της εξέτασης και να υπάρχει καθαρή εικόνα του υποψηφίου.
• Παρουσία άλλου ατόμου στον χώρο όπου διενεργείται η εξέταση.
• Ύπαρξη αντικειμένων στην επιφάνεια όπου βρίσκεται η ηλεκτρονικός υπολογιστής
(σημειώσεις, βιβλία, τηλεφωνική συσκευή, tablet κτλ.), εκτός αν ορίζεται κάτι
διαφορετικό από τον Ειδικό Κανονισμό.
• Print Screen ή κινήσεις που θα μπορούσαν να επηρεάσουν την αμεροληψία των
εξετάσεων.
• Επικοινωνία με άλλο άτομο καθ’ οιονδήποτε τρόπο
• Μετακίνηση του υποψηφίου με αποτέλεσμα την απομάκρυνση από το οπτικό πεδίο
της κάμερας.
• Εσκεμμένη διακοπή της λειτουργίας του υπολογιστή, της σύνδεσης στο διαδίκτυο ή
ο,τιδήποτε απαιτείται για την διεξαγωγή της εξέτασης.

Σε περίπτωση τεχνικού προβλήματος, διακοπής ρεύματος ή άλλου έκτακτου γεγονότος η

εξέταση διακόπτεται και προγραμματίζεται εκ νέου.

Εάν δεν μπορεί να συνεχιστεί η εξέταση λόγω αποδεδειγμένης υπαιτιότητας του φορέα, ο
υποψήφιος εξετάζεται στην αμέσως επόμενη εξέταση χωρίς επιπλέον οικονομική
επιβάρυνση.

Εφόσον παρατηρηθεί παραβίαση των όρων της εξ αποστάσεως εξέτασης με διαδικτυακή

επιτήρηση, η εξέταση κρίνεται ανεπιτυχής, ακόμα και αν έχει απαντήσει ορθά στο
απαιτούμενο ποσοστό ερωτήσεων.

Introduction
The present document analyzes the steps and actions that candidates who wish to take part
in a remote certification examination through tele-proctoring must follow.

The possibility of remote examination through internet invigilation is provided if it is

mentioned in the respective Special Regulation.

Candidates should read the following instructions in a timely and careful manner, so that they
are ready at the beginning of the examination.

Required equipment
In order for candidates to be able to successfully take the remote exam, it is necessary to have:

1. Good internet connection

2. Camera and speaker / microphone (either integrated into a laptop or connected to a

desktop computer), so that the invigilation process is smooth.

3. The computer must have an operating system of at least Windows 7 or higher and the latest
updates must have been made. MAC, Windows VISTA, Windows XP are not supported.

4. In the case of a computer science exam, the computer must have Microsoft Office installed
and activated. Libre Office or similar programs are not supported.

5. Mandatory, a few days before the exam, candidates must use the link
https://tinyurl.com/y77dd8dc to check that their computer is compatible with the exams.

In view of the participation of the candidates in the certification exams through internet
invigilation (tele-proctoring), the candidates receive an e-mail with a link which they must

in order to state the desired date and time of the start of the examination. The time range of
dates and times are set by the institution.

After scheduling the start date and time of their exam, they receive via a new email the
confirmation for the successful registration of the day and time of the exam, the link for the
installation of the necessary application

Since the candidates have already installed the iCert Online Exam application and it is time to
start the examination, they are connected to the invigilation room via the link

that they have received in their personal email and are waiting for the invigilator to connect.
We note that the examination is recorded throughout its duration for reasons of transparency
and in order to be able to control its impartial and proper conduct.

At this point, anything that may be considered inadmissible should be removed from the
computer's surface and the candidates' area, while the candidates should have a Police
ID/Passport available in order for the invigilator to verify their identity.

After the invigilator verifies the identity and checks the surrounding area through the
candidate's camera, so that there is no second person or anything that can be considered to
affect the credibility of the exam, permission is given to start the exam.

A screen appears to confirm the start of the exam.

When the exam starts and the candidates are in the exam environment the computer "locks"
and there is no possibility for the candidates to leave the application (closes the win key, task
manager etc).

When they have finished the exam, they need to inform the invigilator that they are going to
submit their answers and exit the exam. After submitting their answers, the computer unlocks
and the candidates are transferred to a screen where it shows if the results were sent
successfully to the server and starts a countdown to close the application. When the
application is closed, they are automatically taken out of the application and it is no longer
possible to contact the invigilator again.

Actions that are not allowed during the examination

• Closed or blocked camera. The camera must be on throughout the examination and
provide a clear image of the candidate.
• Presence of another person in the area where the examination is conducted.
• Presence of other objects on the surface where the computer is located (notes, books,
telephone device, tablet, etc.), unless otherwise specified by the Special Regulation.
• Print Screen or gestures that could affect the impartiality of the exams.
• Communicating with another person in any way
• Movement of the candidate resulting in removal from the field of view of the camera.
• Deliberate shutdown of the computer, of the internet connection, or anything else
required to perform the exam.

In the event of a technical problem, blackout or other emergency, the exam is interrupted and
rescheduled.

If the examination cannot be continued due to proven responsibility of the institution, the
candidate is examined immediately after the examination without additional financial burden.

If a breach of the terms of the remote examination with online invigilation is observed, the
examination is considered unsuccessful, even if the candidate has answered the required
percentage of questions correctly.
