Nowadays, should students specially teenagers should be allowed to have a short sleep

has become a public question. Different people have different thoughts. I prefer having a
nap.

However, there are also some disadvantages for having a nap during the school time. The
reason for it is that there will be no naps at work after people graduate. If teenagers getting
use to it and become a habit which hardly to give up that will affect the work efficiency.
Some people think that it is hard to regain focus after the interruption and may have
negatively impact in sleep quality at night. Students think it may also increase the time for
them stay in school. According to this problem, students have less time to finish their
homework and do community services.

For the advantages of having a short sleep during the school time are. When students keep
concentrated and focus for a long time, they will become really tired. As the afternoon
comes many students already lose their mind and they cannot concentrate and focus on
what teachers talking about anymore. In that case it will highly affect the quality of study.
Also, it is good for students' physical development. As we all know, sleep is the best way to
growth body. Teenagers are the most important time for body growth.

Overall, I am not saying that students must having a nap during school time. But I suggest
schools consider about to give students time to having a short sleep.
